We love spring

Saturday was such a beautiful day, we wanted to take full advantage of the nice weather.

We started the day at Bryant Park and took Olivia on the carasol ride. She is still not sold on that ride and was much more intrigued by the statue of a poet she passed each time the ride went around.

While at Bryant Park Olivia did enjoy playing at the fountain, walking around with dad and chasing birds.

Afer we came home Olivia enjoyed taking a stroll on the piers.

Olivia loved playing on the grass-unfortunatly she kept pulling the grass out to eat, so we took her to see some other plants and she just wanted to eat those as well.

We finished the day watching the sunset. Today was so much fun!

Easter Sunday

Easter Egg Hunt

On Saturday we had an Easter egg hunt with Olivia down in the lounge. I thought we were going to have to help Olivia a lot on this egg hunt, but it turns out she is quite a natural when it comes to finding eggs. Matthew held her hands and she walked over to the eggs and as soon as she was next to the egg she would plop down onto her bottom and crawl over to grab the egg and dad helped her put it in her basket. After four or five eggs she was ready to move on to another activity, but she did seem to enjoy holding her basket.

Walkin' Around

Livy loves to walk. We walk in the apartment, in the hall, downstairs in the lounge...Livy could do this all day long.

We wanted to see if Olivia was ready to take a quick break from walking. As soon as we stopped walking Olivia became sad... so we started walking again and she was happy as can be. I guess when it comes to walking Olivia does not believe in taking breaks.
